Yep, mostly diet and vitamins and those are the results.  Starting this morning there will be blood, errrr exercise too.  In case the above was unclear, I am down 22.6 lbs, and a total of 12.25 inches in the measuring zones.

Phase two involves adding an energy based supplement to the plan and exercise along with an increased calorie count and more eating options.  My intentions are to continue avoidance of fried item of all shades (fried green beans are a fried food and no longer a vegetable), processed foods (fast or wrapped in plastic and on a shelf for six months), general flour and sugar based foods (*sniff* I love ya cake but I have to let you go) and controlled amounts of dairy and grains of the whole variety.

And exercise, oh how I have not missed you.

It really starts with getting to bed by ten and not much later at night, waking up just after five thirty the next morning.  Then start with pre-breakfast program of vitamins and spark beverage, morning workout then breakfast shake.  Work, snack, lunch, snack and then home for evening workout and dinner.  If it all goes on schedule, then a snack and finally bed again.

Sounds fun, right?
Why are you laughing?
No, I’m serious, it’s going to be by the book this time.
Yes, we will see!  Good day to you, I said good day!

Later.
